I was born and raised in Southern California, went to art school in Chicago and New York, and then returned. I’ve always been fascinated by technology and computers I (had a Commodore VIC-20 as a kid), and am currently fascinated by emerging technologies. Over the past decade, I’ve given many talks on technology, from building digital collections to nanotech and blockchain (see speaking engagements).
