I was born and raised in Southern California, went to art school in Chicago and New York and then returned. I’ve always been fascinated by technology and computers (had a Commodore VIC-20 as a kid), and am currently fascinated by emerging technologies. Over the past decade, I’ve given many talks on technology ranging from building digital collections to nanotech and blockchain (see speaking engagements). This site is primarily a place holder for thoughts, links, and ideas and I’d love it to be more collaborative so feel free to reach out to me with questions or comments, I’m available for consulting, speaking, workshops or just brainstorming.
