I may have missed the announcements but I recently plugged a card reader into my laptop and was presented with the option of uploading its contents directly to Dropbox – and by doing so earning extra gigabytes of storage.
I didn’t really want to upload everything from the card to my Dropbox folder, so I took one picture (on another card) and let that one photo be uploaded to Dropbox as a test run…
it worked seamlessly and added 3GB of storage.
Go figure.
