Financial swiping

I’ve been holding off on reviewing or mentioning the Android app called Slidejoy for some time.
Slidejoy is a lock screen app that pays you for viewing apps on the lock screen. It doesn’t pay very much, but it does add up over time.

Sliding the ad right dismisses the ad, swiping left takes you to content and signals the app that you may be interested in other similar ads. Apparently you earn the same amount whether you swipe right or left.

Rumor has it that an iOS app is due by fall 2014.

It didn’t take long for the action of unlocking the screen to become a habit, and now I hardly notice the ads. Now there’s a small stream of funds coming in each month, which doesn’t seem like much but it does add up. I’m averaging around $3 per month.
